Well technically they can as Federal Law Enforcement doesn’t have jurisdiction in 100 percent of the country. There are several factors that go into play, one of those being he would need a Sheriff or US Marshal to play along. That’s easier said than done. He isn’t going to like the outcome and I already hear them calling his bluff.
