I think all the Tribunals will become of Permanent Public Record, so anyone could see any of them, as many as they want to. A lot of folks will want to watch the Tribunals of those who victimized them. Other's won't.
I'm sure once we get past the main BAD ACTORS, the Tribunal process will be viewable for some time, because I think it might take also some years to get through all of them, there are so many Crimes Committed and so many Criminals.
