EveryTime, it's just MIND-BOGGLING to think of the logistics to ARREST that many Perps.
Not just the amount of Inter-Agency Coordination and Cooperation, but to go in and arrest 1 Perp there needs to be a big safety factor, I'm just guessing of at least 10 Law Enforcement Officers/Military PER PERP apprehension, minimum, so to arrest even 1 million Perps that means 10 million LE Officers or Equivalent JUST TO DO THE ARRESTS. 🤯
