Some judiciary decisions after Reconstruction years post slavery, have not been good for anyone! The system was egregious towards minorities, and but now the pendulum has swung too far in the opposite direction!

Interestingly enough, in recent decades, we have had Joe Biden's influence-- the "3 strikes" policies targeted minorities - e.g., high $ cocaine users got slaps on the wrist, while cheap crack cocaine found mostly in minority communities, were the recipients of "3 strikes" policy, heavily applied to very minor infractions. President Trump's First Step Act served to rightfully address such imbalance!

Then Joe Biden swung the justice pendulum the other way, and we ended up with policies allowing lawlessness to wreak havoc on the public without consequences. Daniel Penny, a "good Samaritan" was penalized for stopping a repeat criminal from harming others!

'Lady Justice' HAS a blindfold for a reason! No one should be knowingly targeted or excused because of skin color
