has spoken about THE INSURRECTION ACT.
He’s DEFIITELY seeding this.

During the Oval presser, the question was again asked;

“Are you planning to invoke the INSURRECTION ACT?”

“It’s been invoked before as you know.
If you look at Chicago,
Chicago’s a great city with a lot of crime.
And if the Governor can’t do the job we’ll do the job.
It’s all very simple.
They’ve probably had 50 murders in Chicago
in the past 5 months & many people were shot.
Then the Gov gets up & says “We can handle it.”
They can’t handle it they don’t know what they are doing.
The mayor is grossly incompetent.
He has a 4% approval rating in Chicago.
Lower than even de Blasio had in New York..
We want safe cities..
The National Guardsmen unbelievable.
Strong, tough guys.” 💪

I think Wartime President Trump DID invoke the Insurrection Act on or about January 6, 2021. 😃

Under 10 U.S. Code Subtitle A Chapter 13 Part I § 254 - INSURRECTION, the President must make a PROCLAMATION TO DISPERSE:

"Whenever the President considers it necessary to use the militia or the armed forces under this chapter, he shall, by proclamation, immediately order the insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time."

§ 254 done on 1/6/2021, but I think he was really talkin' to Insurrectionists in Congress who certified a Fraudulent Election. 😉 👊💥
