honestly now. how can a female be a male in any way shape or form. their height. shape. sexual parts cannot be made to be male. yeah plastic? but not arrousal, etc etc etc part of sexual relationships..they are now non sexual.totally and forever.. esp with breasts off and hormonal drugs to destroy eggs.. same with male.cut his off their results are the same... you only LOOK or resemble (not always!) what you want to look like in your mind. these specific situation are saytinist based demands.
Those people are (understandably) usually f'ed up in the head. Denying your own gender has to be traumatic to a person's psyche.
