Been enjoying some rest today.
Have a sinus infection or either a head cold caught from my husband. Either way, with my all but blocked nasal passage from an at least twice (maybe thrice) broken nose, I am trying to get it resolved nebulizing peroxide & iodine, & internal Chlorine Dioxide, so my poor digestive system doesn’t have to suffer another nuclear blast in the form of antibiotics.

I did watch the movie folks were talking about on X.

Get some colloidal silver Age, I snort it up both sides of my nose let it drain into my throat, I haven't had sinus problems in 25 years.
