California Chevron oil refinery fire breaks out in El Segundo —LA residents feel explosion

A massive explosion rocked the Los Angeles area Thursday night when a fire broke out at an oil refinery just south of LAX, according to reports. Californians said they felt the blast come from Chevron’s refinery in El Segundo, Calif., at around 9:30 p.m.
