Absolutely Bijowi , and you know DOGE is methodically eliminating the fraud and waste, and it would have been integral to COG and COOP when we think about it, essential gov't functions ONLY layed out in 2021 - FEMA guidelines for COG & COOP during these and any National Emergencies.
