As a PhD I am one to fully do my research - *amused smile* - and I want to read what you found. I am also going to download the Big Beautiful Bill if I can find it and look that over as well. I am fascinated that CONgress is funding these things and we are still all in the dark.

I don't think we have a Congress.
We are in "Continuity Of Government Operations" or COG.
I believe 98% of Congress was Arrested.
So I don't think "our Congress" is funding anything, but our Military is.
Continuity Of Government Operations is a Military Operation to restore Enduring Constitutional Government or "ECG" as per the FEMA Manual on Continuity Of Government during a National Emergency (and several National Emergencies have been Officially Declared).
This may be hard to believe,
but I think LESS THAN 10 Members of Congress survived the Arrests, on of them being Jeff Sessions who was CLEAN and a TRUE PATRIOT.
I think the rest of our "Congress" are actors in masks, and yes, a production like that would be part of Continuity Of Government - to keep the PUBLIC PEACE.

I am with you on CONgress. After the Brunson Bros case, it's pretty obvious once those patriotic men pointed things out, what the CONs did to us. Prayers that there a few decent ones in that group like Jordan but I guess we'll see who is a patriot and who isn't soon enough.

The Brunson case lays it all out in the Constitutional sense - about 98% guilty of violating their Oaths & Treason or thereabouts, but then there were Federal, Secret and Military Indictments that were acted upon for other Crimes of Treason, Seditious Conspiracy, and also Crimes Against Humanity and Crimes Against Children, and that information has not been officially released yet to protect Continuity Of Government Operations.
