Kat, I am expecting to be shocked at the disclosure of what really happened to Emilia Earheart. All this information needs to be declassified of this and all such cases...
Like in the 1945 case of "Flight 19" in Florida where 5 TBM Avenger Torpedo Bombers were sent off course and perished, because they ran out of fuel trying to get home after GHWB (aka NAZI Spy George Scherff Jr.) put magnets underneath their compasses and sent them totally off course off the coast of Florida.

They tried to pin the loss on the Flight Commander who was a VERY experienced Pilot, Lieutenant Charles C. Taylor, and protests of his Mother put a dagger into that BS attempted cover-up story.

Still, GHWB was protected and I'm sure we will find out they found the magnet(s) GHWB put on those planes when at least one of them was found and recovered.
