ingrid! i hope the castor oil helps. i couldn't test this suggestion out myself because i have had cataract surgery and have artificial lenses in both eyes. Since glutathione is so important for eye health - I've found two good nutritional sources - one is a very inexpensive supplement, milk thistle ( a miracle supplement that stimulates your body to produce glutathione, thereby protecting your liver) - and non-alcoholic beer.
