Menomonie WI DATA CENTER Update.

1. It was reported to me today that the sale of 300+A of land closed.
2. The Mayor announced at tonight's Council meeting that the project is 'on pause'.
3. A letter has been sent from the City to Balloonist LLC that they would not be granted a TIF and other concessions the buyer wanted.

It is ATYPICAL for a land sale to close without a Development Agreement with the City to build a project.

I can't figue it out.🤔
