I was taught the first thing to do is to look at the date to get a sense of the historical context. I share for people to get some background as there is a meeting soon and we have a new representative and people may wish to evaluate what we learn at that meeting about current events and what priorities our new representative and the current administration articulate in regards to our relationship with the UN.
