If you have some feelings that are making you truly unsettled and you can't pinpoint the reason (even though we all have many) take 10 mins and ditch your phone/PC. Go outside with no electronics, (including watch) at least 100 yards from powerlines and ground. Barefoot on dirt, sand, or grass. 10 mins with eyes closed is all you need.
