Nighttime silence, or rather the definition of "night time", is stated in Section 34, paragraph 2, of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health. Nighttime is defined as from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. During this time period, everyone is obliged to observe silence and protection from noise and vibrations.
