With all due respect to you.....NO!!! That is not the International sign for "I Love You", nor is it the "ASL" sign....I have known BASIC ASL since I was 6 years old and taught it to my kiddos from birth (basic signs)... Please research more! The picture I referenced in my original post was the horn sign...No "L" includede like the actual "I Love You" hand sign.
