I agree but he is also very long winded and it takes him forever to get to the point. Many times I think " Your killin me... just spit it out" Not many people have and hour or two every day to listen to him as well as do additional research. I am grateful for his info but he rides my last nerve at times. I know, I know..... I will adjust my attitude.
i cannot listen to him anymore because he says umm about a 1000 times and its very distracting

I just adjust the speed of the interview, usually to double speed. It works out great with the long winded types.
