Yes, and the constant crime is actually MK ULTRA over the masses, constant FEAR and TRAUMA every time the daily news comes on - they need the violence to PROGRAM us with their Tell-A-Visions and broadcasts. It's Terrorism plain and simple, and I do think the perps are demonically possessed, some are Vril, or other life forms of non-Human origin...or somehow lost their Humanity prior to committing those acts. No compassion, no empathy = no Soul.
I was once told the FBI maintained a DNA database of violent criminals and their DNA is different, but it's kept tight-lipped.
