This applies to lab created diamonds not the mined ones. Mined and lab-created diamonds are not different; they are identical in their chemical, physical, and optical properties, with the only difference being their origin. Mined diamonds are formed over millions of years deep within the Earth's crust, while lab-created diamonds are grown in a laboratory setting using processes like High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) or Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) to mimic natural conditions. Because they are physically and chemically the same, specialized equipment and inscriptions are often required to differentiate them.
