Catherine I think that is all already in process by White Hats and the Treasury of the American Republic, and that RESTITUTION is coming in the form of very significant payments that will go through what USED to be Social Security accounts but now likely have been transferred to SECURE QFS Individual Sovereign Accounts that we will be granted access to very soon.
The Cabal was already hacking, raiding, laundering money from Social Security so that all had to be redone.
