Kat, I'm kinda thinkin' that Prison On The Moon is only for special cases, Cabal who turned against their Puppetmasters and who really helped the Military Alliance's missions one way or another, and that makes them LOWER RISK.

Perhaps they committed Crimes, but just not Crimes Against Children, which of course is UNFORGIVABLE and requires a Mandatory Firing Squad (most merciful), Electric Chair, Guillotine or ROPE (most likely, because it's totally re-use-able).

I dunno who might be in those glass prison cells on the Moon, but I bet it AIN'T Renegade or Evergreen, if ya know what I mean.
