I just checked it out and it still says that!

I just went to google.com and typed in "THE BOARD OF FEDERAL RESERVE GOVERNORS WASHINGTON" and went to maps, then it showed right there on the pin.
Checked it several times on different computers.
Says: "Permanently Closed"
Just checked it again and still says the same.
