As a child my thought was to never round up at check outs but personally donate so I would get the tax right off instead of big corporate BUT I am no longer a child and now see beyond the veil and the truth of how these donations are used.
I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
I noticed the push for volunteer work days. Yes, I have been to one in Rwanda and I know they do that and there are benefits but I am more interested in auditing and tracking down all the disappearing money from the people trying to sell us the "utopia" small community ideas. I have read about many of these projects going way back and they seem to be great for the people running them but never for the people who get tricked into thinking they will be a utopia and that everyone is on equal footing.
