I am checking to see if these schools are Title I schools. So far, Alexandria City Public School is Title I. I say take away their Title I status. They receive government assistance through Title I. "Title I, the largest federal investment in elementary and secondary education, allocated $18.39 billion in grants to states and school districts in Fiscal Year 2023."
