These lawsuits are ongoing and the most recent documents released from RTK regarding claims in this narrative concern the release of more documents that will be forthcoming that could relate to who was doing what but are currently not available as the arguments about proprietary information are working their way through the court. With that aside, this analysis does not mention any of the other possible mechanisms that could have contributed to disability or death during this same time period including the known harms from counterfeit drugs, dangerous hand sanitizers and eyedrops, synthetic products like the vapes and adulterated kratom, etc. that also happened during the same time period with products that proliferated online and in the informal market. My observation does not mean I am pro this or pro that, rather my goal is to caution people to jumping to conclusions on any of these analyses at this time.
