Even today, as a whistleblower or someone who's suffered an injustice, you pay through the nose for an attorney, and there is almost no chance for any justice. One person can spread their hate, ruin careers, and the bosses/administrators do nothing.
The citizens might be a little tired of being krapped on. I don't think we want our kids to suffer the abuses as well. Praying for a miracle that is nowhere in sight at the present time.
