I've been following the plan and trying to understand it, but DELTA makes me confuse. Does that mean draining the swamp?
A delta simply refers to the 'timing' of something.
In this example, a 3 year delta = 3 year "anniversary "
However, this is also the example of a [0] delta between Q & POTUS, which happened many times while Q was still posting. The [0] delta means Q posted & POTUS tweeted at the same minute.
A [1] delta would mean they posted 1 minute apart. Etc. etc.
