Sandrine, I believe the Elites were using their SuperYachts to do very unlawful and dastardly things out in International Waters away from jurisdictions of the Lands - thinking they'd be legally safer doing it OFFSHORE.
I cringe to think of Children being trafficked onto Yachts, and you KNOW that was happening. 😥
