I think everything not destroyed is being repurposed and that includes DIA. Gene Decode made it very clear that this was a DUMB and underground base of major Space Operations (he saw massive spacecraft flying out of it and into space with his own eyes), and it will probably be re-purposed accordingly after it's totally cleaned out (the DUMB, not the useless airport) and will be a major location for SPACE FORCE OPERATIONS.

If it's captured by Good, reuse it don't waste, I say.

Gene said the DUMB was over 81 miles in diameter if I remember right. That means it goes under the city of Denver so it can't be destroyed as such, I reckon.
