There is no immunity for unlawfully ordering assassinations of US Citizens including our Special Forces Warriors, Contractors protecting our Ambassador, or an Ambassador as happened with the Extortion 17 Shoot-Down and the Benghazi Stand-Down Order & Terror Attack.
That's HIGH TREASON, and because that is a high crime, that is outside the Powers of President and therefore prosecutable.
