Yes, used for artificial flavorings. We have sadly gotten to the real life version of soilent green. I try not to buy anything that has a upc on it. I grew up poor, the only child of parents old enough to be my grandparents, so I grew up with old fashioned values. We made our food from scratch, and I carry that on. Much healthier for the body and the soul. And much better for the community to buy fresh from local vendors

Ironically, this is used as a flavor enhancer (disgusting). Are they trying to give humans a subconcious familiarity with this flavor? Are the canibals that organized?
