I wouldn't mind near as much about the cost of the underground tunnels if they were used for the good of the people, such as a place where entire towns could go when an emergency came up, storms, tornadoes, flooding, etc. But to think this was for the most awful circumstances harming the children, let me say I hope all involved burn in hell forever.
