Raw turmeric
Celtic salt
Boil ingredients in vinegar pour over garlic and peppers - 1 chunk of peeled ginger per jar
When you feel like you are getting sick or run down - eat 2 chunks of garlic 1 teaspoon of juice
2-4 doses will knock out anything attacking you
Refrigerate after cooling 😎
