The USDA and EPA just greenlit a new genetically modified wheat developed by Argentine biotech firm Bioseries. Engineered to resist drought and the herbicide glyphosate, this GMO wheat could hit markets in just three years. But growers remain hesitant amid public backlash. With only 170 independent grain mills left in the U.S., Americans are being urged to reject fake food and support local, organic grain producers before it's too late.
