IT WAS GREAT I LOVE AIRCRAFT ESPECIALLY VINTAGE...COST ME $50 TO RIDE...ALSO SAT IN THE COCKPIT OF AN F16 AND A P38 LIGHTNING....THE B17S ENGINES NOISE VIBRATED YOUR BODY AND AIRFRAME ..COMBAT AIRCRAFT HAVE NO SOUND PROOFING....MY BROTHER WORKED FOR OSK KOSH AVIATION PARTS AND GOT ME A JOB TRAVELING THE COUNTRY PICKING UP CRASHED PRIVATE PLANES AND HELICOPTERS AFTER THR FAA DID THEIR INVESTIGATION...WE PARTED OUT WHAT WAS WORTH SALVAGING....I FUCKIN LOVED IT ....COMBAT AIRCRAFT HAVE NO INSULATION OR SOUNDPROOFING SO YOU GET THE TREMENDOUS SOUND OF THE ENGINES AND PROPS...

I imagined loud! But still would have been an awesome flight in each of those!
I always wanted to fly in the F-16 Fighters if I had gone into the military. I never did go in though! My eyesight was not good, I wouldn't have qualified back then. I also wanted to fly a chinook helicopter as well! Maybe one day I will get a chance to ride in one at least!
