President Donald Trump just signed an Executive Order titled "Ending Crime and Disorder on America's Streets," which will help clean up city streets by targeting homeless people with mental issues and substance abuse disorders.
The order will reverse policies that have essentially put a stop to people being committed to institutions involuntarily.
