So he moves the homeless into treatment centers, what about those who are addicts and are mentally ill that are in low income housing and are supposedly being helped by human services centers but truly don’t get the proper treatment? Their place is just a place to crash and the riff raff destroy their place because they take advantage of the addict/ mentally ill persom.
