I spread truth on this platform. Others do not. I have become a Fact Checker of those to lazy to research before posting. So sad! No more!
If it passes there will be lawsuits and injunctions. Then there will be appeals all the way to the Supreme Court. If the court rules that birth right citizenship is unconstitutional when applied to foreigners as it clearly states, it will revoke all past citizenship's obtained in this manner.as being invalid. So yes it will be retroactive.
