What does “awakening” mean?
Official definition: “coming into awareness.” It simply means “we gained information that we didn’t have before.”
We’ve all come to use the term “awake” to mean “being aware,” and we use the term “asleep” to mean “not being aware.”
So now the question becomes: “Is awakening an event or a process?”
Over the years we’ve seen many people declare they were “red pilled” on a certain date as if awakening is an event.
Certainly, anytime we become aware of a new concept we have experienced an “awakening event.” However, this new concept is only a small portion of a great whole.
Consequently, if we really want to expand our understanding of this “great whole,” whatever it is, we must continue to have “awakening events,” which, of course, creates an “awakening process.”
If we believe that we are now “awake,” we’ll generally stop searching.
The key, then, is to always be “awakening" and never "awake," which enables us to continue to expand our understanding.
