Both the Bible and the book of Enoch portray God's wrath as a response to sin & necessary to restore order. It's a powerful manifestation of God's holy character that comes against those who rebel. His wrath takes many forms- The flood, the destruction of Sodom, the earth opening & swallowing up Korah & his relatives, Fire coming down on Carmel & the slaying of the prophets of Ba`al, the plagues of Egypt including the destroyer sent to kill the firstborn of Egypt, Ananias & Saphira struck dead for lying, Elymas the sorcerer was blinded for opposing the gospel. The bible is clear it's a fearful thing to fall into the hands of an angry God. What many need is a dose of the reverential Fear of The Lord. Many are about to reap what they have sown.
