What I think the hold up is, is that the money stolen cannot be returned without Mass Arrests happening first IMO. We are talking MASSIVE SUMS that were stolen from The People, but if you give $1 to any Member of the Cabal, they will use it to HARM HUMANITY, so I do think that is all we are waiting on, and it sure looks like those Sealed Indictments are about to Unseal.
The American People (also all good People of the world) are owed 100% RESTITUTION+ that would include refunds of all Income Taxes ever paid, all banking mortgage and loan payments which were all fraud - and that only scratches the surface of what's owed all Humanity for crimes committed by the Cabal.
