Because it's vital that the enemy believes they have a chance. If you want the enemy to play the game they have to hope they can win.

I'm sorry that's not a good enough excuse to allow people to keep dying in these weather wars done by jewish space lasers. And sending billions to Israel is only enabling the enemy not exposing them. Trump is Israel first and so what if Americans die.
