The annex will fully expose the true scope of her clsssified emails, including eight Top Secret/Special Access Program secrets on Clinton’s private server, exposing security breaches and whether the FBI covered it up.

EO 13526, violations of the law can not be classified. I don't believe classifying Hillary's actions was lawful. They make the rules and then violate their own rules.
