i wouldnt have the smaller windows...too hard to clean...extra heat lost also. but over all like the house

And I do not like laundry rooms open, so I would put a sliding door to it, so it could be close with company coming! Just my humble choice!
Although I would add in here that having the laundry room apart from the kitchen and bath, means two sources of water in separation of the two, it is why most have bathrooms and laundry, and even kitchens are back to back!
