SoCal -ers are buying tiny pod coffin homes where we live - large developments are springing up... and beside them, self storage facilities, because $1700 a month for a 1200sq ft dwelling, means 2 - 300 for storage for all their stuff that won't fit, in addition... because leftists have lost the ability to think logically, or, plan in advance. They come here because the taxes are low, as is (or was) crime.
They are flocking to our little valley... soon, it will look more like a suburb of San Diego, or LA.
