**NOTE** In full disclosure, I am not familiar with this Nordiqa person, nor have I done any due diligence on them as I've been covered up trying to save my parent's home until we see this.

Having said that, they do make sense and mirror some of the things I've been told years ago especially with regard to the clean-up before!
