This is so true. A friend of mine, single, lived in a nice double wide. She owned it. Paid rent of over $700 for parking space. When she died the landlord gave her heirs til the end of the month to get it off. Failing that they lost a $90,000 home to the bloodsucking corporation. This was in 2015. Rent is 3 times higher now.
