Or maybe they JUST DIDN'T CARE about their Loyalty & Oath to America and KNEW they were working for a Foreign Power...

Telesia, the Original 13th Amendment WAS properly Ratified on March 12, 1819 and always has been in force and effect per our original Constitution (just not enforced), and this is very well document though American history before it was "hidden" by foreign agents. FACT.
The Foreign Agents of the Crown (including Secret Handshakers & BAR Attorneys) who infiltrated America went around EVERYWHERE destroying original copies of and specifically all traces of the Original 13th Amendment, but only THOUGHT they destroyed them all.
Several Original Copies were found hidden in Archives across America and England that they MISSED.
High Treason.
It was Ratified, but the Original 13th Amendment was lost to this subterfuge for over 100 years.
So it is in force and effect, today.

Yes, I know that is what I found out from further review. "The amendment was then sent to the state legislatures for ratification, but never reached the three-fourths threshold to be added to the Constitution. Had enough states ratified it, it would have become the 13th amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Because the amendment was passed before Congress began the practice of setting a time limit for ratification, the amendment technically can still be ratified if 38 states in total adopted it." It needs to be sent to the states for ratification.
