Deep State Weather Modification/Weather Warfare attack on a White Hat DUMB below the flooded area in Texas. This is allegedly where the White Hats were storing the hard evidence of some of the Deep State Crimes against humanity...Aka Epstein files, Diddy, Pedophile Rings, Human Trafficking, etc. documentation and evidence that has been collected since at least 2016 and probably before. Many White Hats defending the position were surprised at how quickly the floods developed and the timing of the hit on the 4th of July was a perfect storm for the Black Hats. However, the Alliance had back up files and duplicates of the evidence of course but the base was devastated and flooded, and soldiers and personnel were killed there!
